remove headlight washers

Hello my IS300H came with the chrome headlight washers. My car is black so i do not like the chrome pimples. Can i remove them and paint or plastidip them black, or are the after market modest headlight washers?

tape it off, put a needle/push pin in the washer hole so you don't clog it and plasti dip it.
