Is this a brand new car? Typically when you see something like this, its usually the result of wheels being damaged and then replaced by the cheapest thing they can find that sort of fits the car.

Lexani wheels... I've heard some dealers offering special packages with local rim companies. Kinda lets them have that TEXAS SPECIAL EDITION.
Chevy has their "Texas Edition" trucks that come with lifted suspension and 20" wheels with Mud tires, on some, A/S on others. Texas Edition is only sold in texas though. When I went down to texas i was like HOLY CRAP, why dont they have this in NY. I wish they had something like that up north here

It's all about money. There is a huge mark-up for dealer installed accessories. People actually fall for these things and the dealer pads his pockets. Remember, the average car buyer is often uneducated, impulsive, and often has poor taste.
