Anyone here able to recommend a shop to install springs at a good price (and preferably one that has done a 3IS before. Going to order RSR Half Downs tomorrow.

Honestly it is so easy I'd just recommend you do it yourself.
The only 'special' tool you'll need is a spring compressor for the front, and you can borrow one from any canadian tire.
Literally, a 19mm and 17mm wrenchs and sockets are all you need, oh and a 10mm..

Thanks man, I literally just came for this thread below, seems complicated as hell. Some of it went way over my head. I wish I was versed enough to do myself and save some cash

Actually that guide is a bit over and above..
The AWD model, if that is what you have is pretty simple..
Anyway, hopefully you find a shop, just about any mechanic should be able to do the install in an about 2 hrs..
