No , that's why I ordered it online from godspeed 70$ including shipping
Don't take your chance because cops in gta will be more than happy to give you a ticket so just buy it online

But the problem with installing lic plate using tow hook is water goes inside you bumper since there is hole aound the tow hook

It's a small hole and completely insulated from inside .so what's gonna happen ?

Yeah I meant the plate tow hook relocation device lol
I just hate ordering things online and having to wait for shipping plus fee's and not being home to recieve it etc.. I think I'll zip tie it somewhere in the mean time. (assuming I dont have something before the car comes)
Anyone know the bolt specs? Maybe I can fab something up with Home Depot parts

I saw a write up somewhere, where the guy put a rubber grommet around the hole with the bolt going through it. Thats good enough for me.
