Can I play videos on my car?

I just bought an IS250 F but my car does not have GPS is just the version under it. Can I play videos on my car with a USB or something?

Sure set up a projector and face it towards a panel of the car and wala. The picture would probably look best on ultra white!

No but seriously I don't think our cars play DVDs and I don't prefer to squint when I watch films.
