Default Spotted two new 3IS cars within mere minutes of each other

I'm so happy! During today's afternoon commute down I-5, I saw:

1. IS250 Fsport silver/black w Lexus of Carlsbad paper license

2. IS250 non-Fsport nebula/brown w Lexus of San Diego paper license

These are the first 3IS cars I've ever seen on the road and it all happened within 5 minutes of each other!

I haven't seen one on the roads here in MN. I must be the only one who purchased in MN!

Last week I saw my first on the road too; Nebula / Black 250 Luxury, and I wasn't happy with the way it looked, even though I've seen tens of dozens at dealers... :|

That's what everyone is telling me to wait till winter. Man! can't imagine driving my car over here.
It seems the Roads are not very friendly to lowered cars.

You might be plowing snow in the winter if it's too low.

Yeah, they tell me 2-3 months but I've seen posts where some guys waited 5 months! Wait is going to be brutal since I already sold my current car. Didn't think I would sell it this fast.

Finally, I spotted a couple of IS350 F-Sport in San Jose. However, I notice that this car is kinda small. Do you guys think so?

Small? As compared to what ? An E Class? Then yes its small. If your comparing to a 2IS then no its bigger.

There are times when I'm shocked at how small the car is. Usually looking at it from the back... it can look very narrow and small sometimes. There are other times it looks like a much larger car, usually from the back quarter-panel view.

I had the same feeling about the 2IS, sometimes it seemed a little small. I don't remember ever thinking it was large. As John says, the third generation is larger than the second generation. I hope they stop growing, though. The BMW 3 is now as large as the old BMW 5. These companies need to stop growing all of their cars each year.
