Just joined the forum since I got some valuable information here and have an IS 350 with F Sport package coming in a couple of weeks!

Went looking for a IS 350 with Fsport package around the NJ area but could not find a black or white one in stock. After a few visits to different dealers, was finally able to negotiate with the price and get the black and red colors I wanted. It is expected to be in by Oct. 15th, going to be a long couple of weeks..

Congrats. Two weeks is nothing for a wait. My 350 F-Sport White/Red is on the same ship arriving 10/15. I have waited 5 months. I placed my order in May.

Congrats on your purchase - a few weeks to wait is nothing! I ordered in early August and won't be getting mine until November or December.

Congrats!!! I bought a IS350 Fsport Black on Red about 5 weeks ago. Found out it arrived this morning and will be ready for pick it up Friday. It was a nervous wait, but it will probably make you appreciate the car more when you get it.

Also, give yourself an extra week buffer so you wont be disappointed. Mine came 2 days late + have to wait 2 days to do delivery while it gets prepped.

What I did to get through it is reading the forums almost every day and just learning about the car in general. I think when I pick it up I will know more about it than the sales guys.

Yes 5 months. It has been long and arduous. I special ordered a 350 F-Sport RWD up here in New England where Lexus only ships AWD models. I put everything available including the Dynamic Radar Cruise. No one knows what the delay was as I was originally told that I was supposed to have it with the first allotments in July. I personally think it was the Radar Cruise that pushed the order out as I have not seen any in inventories around the country yet that contained it all in the color I wanted.

Yeah, unfortunately kabgolf1's wait is long, but has been the exception. Thankfully for him it's in about 2 weeks. Generally the wait has been between 2-3 months for the majority of us I've seen this year from various members, and that's for both Canada and US...

On Sept 9 I a deposit on the last IS 350 RWD White / Red dealer allotment my local dealer was getting until Dec / January. Car should be in port one day next week then a week or two for it to get shipped to my dealer here in Texas. Total time of waiting is going to be about 5 to 6 weeks.

A 2 to 3 week wait isn't bad at all very lucky on that one. Must have been a dealer allotment special orders are taking 2 to 3 months.
