wow. how much complaining did you have to do? also noticed you're in canada, anyone from the USA able to get this resolved?

Yes, if the e-mail to the dealer can be posted, albeit redacted, it'd be a huge help to those who remain.

Thanks!

I have a '14 F Sport and the heated seats on level 3 feel like my BMW on level 1. Very disappointed in the heating function :/

Same as the previous years, no change.

IMO, the best heated seats are on the ES. Put that sht on max, and you could fall asleep while driving.

Wow, in a way this makes me feel better about my early model 3IS. I'm guessing 4IS will have better heated seats.

Both my 12 Camry Hybrid and 11 Sienna heated seat work much much better than the 200T.
Complain to dealer and get the same respond everyone get. It's just suck.
My brother ES Hybrid work just good or better than the Camry.

These seats have thermostats/sensors that controls the temp. On max setting they should be around 38 deg C give or take. This data can easily be read from OBD. When dealer says it is operating within spec ask them to show readouts from techstream. Also have them measure the surface temp with IR thermometer. I bet you the temp will be around 26 even on max setting which is lower than your body temp.

It's winter time here in Chicago and its so sad that after paying over 50 grand for this car, my bum still feels cold even though the heated seats are on max settings.. Hope Lexus does better in the future.

The heated seats on a '17 work really well. Within 5 minutes of them being on they're hotter than my 22 year-old gf's ***. I think shes 22, maybe 21.

I can barely feel mine on. My 04 bmw had much better heated seats. Hell, my 07 wrx had better heaters than this.

Considering it's winter, this auto function will hold each position longer - any idea roughly how long it takes to automatically switch?
