I should mention it's a 2016 350 F sport.

Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I don't find the heated seats on FULL hot at all... and the steering wheel heater is just "okay"

I've driven a fully loaded 2014 Chevy suburban that would burn your *** and the steering wheel was super hot... kind of lame that it's not the same in this car..

Yeah.. I have a 2015 250 Base RWD, the seats are not hot at all. My previous vehicle was a 2013 Nissan Altima, and the seats get super hot, have to turn it down to low after 15mins

The heated seats in my RC 350 F sport are much better than my 2014 IS 350. I find the seats in my RC get warmer then the IS ever did

I have a 14 IS350F and the heated seats suck, can't feel a thing. I've grown up with the Lexus brand since I was a kid when my parents owned them, and I now own two of them. I'm a huge fan of Lexus, but with them not taking care of their customers has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

My other Lexus is in the shop for work and they gave me a 15 IS250 and the heated seats are day and night compared to my 14 IS.

FOR YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF US LEXUS.

I have 2016 is350F and 2014 rx350 and heated seats in both are the same - weak compared to a Mercedes Benz or bmw. I had an Acura RL before and seats in it were weak as well. It's my third week driving my new IS and the weather just got colder and I noticed the heated seats were worthless. The steering wheel fine.

2015 RC F and as everyone else the seats suck.... Took to the dealer and they have contacted Lexus corp. as they said there is a TSB for IS 250-350 and RC 350 but nothing for the RC F. What a joke.. car has 850KM on it...

That's weird that there's a TSB for it?

With in spec if you wear a plain t shirt and paper thin shorts, you might feel something warm. lol

Took mine in and they inspected it returning the same: "working" as intended conclusion. My service consultant agreed that they came on but didn't work that well. I compared mine to a 2016 IS and was just as disappointed. However, the ES loaner I had... Man, heat from my lower thigh to the bottom of my neck! So much that I had to turn it down after a few minutes.

Emailed corporate and got the same explanation that nothing more would be done but that my case was noted in the event anything changed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the terrible performance of one of the very few features that were even included on my car.

As stated before.. If enough people speak out maybe something will be done.

I agree, the more complaints from owners Lexus they might do something. Offer to fix our seats or comp us services or extended warranty for our dissatisfaction.

This is nonsense. There is a PROBLEM with the heated seats.

When I requested that multiple threads on the topic be merged, the moderator merged them with this stupid title - Heated Seat DISCUSSION - and requests to correct the title fell on deaf ears to no avail for what stubborn reason I don't know.

There's a PROBLEM and I've communicated with many who have this same PROBLEM.

No DISCUSSION is necessary as to whether or not the PROBLEM exists.

Why would there be a thread in the first place, we're imagining it?

Everyone I've spoken with has contacted Lexus directly.

Lexus refuses to stand behind their product and is not willing to acknowledge or fix.

BS through and through.

And why protect Lexus?

so i had the same problem on my 14 IS350, complained to the dealer who tested it to be 'within factory spec' however after complaining in the followup email, they agreed to take it for 2 days and replaced the foam, nuluxe base, heater and amplifier with the newer one. it is now 2 degrees warmer when tested but it feels much warmer now. i'm very happy with my seats now.
