From you, corrado, that's the biggest compliment I can receive!

I used the plate bracket they gave me and mounted it under the bumper area using toggle bolts at first. But the "toggle" part kept scraping the back of the grille which I didn't like, so I switched the traditional nut and washer method. The hard part was finding the best plastic washer for this job. Luckily, I found some large, thick rubber (about 1/4 inch thick) washers and used that behind the grille, then a nut to secure the screw that holds the plate bracket to the grille.

Since the grille slants in at the bottom, I didn't want the license plate potentially hitting/vibrating against the grille, so I screwed in rubber stoppers from the bottom back side. It mostly likely will never happen, but better safe than sorry!

I've been meaning to buy the black pearl plate frames from Sewell and get the screw caps to hide all the screws, but have not yet.
