Without the exhaust there'll be two big holes in it, so no.

Yeah. That's what I meant. Rear diffuser with the exhaust. Thanks for the info! I kinda like the spoiler in the kit. I think I'm going to get this kit. I had a factory body kit for my Acura TL-S and I really enjoy the look of it and it helped me sell my car. Guy that bought mine kept saying never seen one like it.

Hope that person doesn't hit a curb stop while parking, or go to fast while going into a parking plaza,or even leaving too fast into a parking plaza. You're bound to scrape or smash in the front with a kit like that =p.
