Very nicely organized and tightly placed spare, jack and accessories including a dedicated spot for the wheel lock

Why is trunk mat an "option". You know how ugly it is w/o one? This applies to all makes. I doubt its a "dealership add on".

One thing I'm a bit dissapointed on, is that there is no option to make the glove lid a "fridge".
There is not slot that can vent cold air form the ac into the storage compartment if you store a bottle or can there. Even my wifes small hyundai i20 has this.

A nice discovery is when you shift to Manual mode, it will default to the gear it actually is in when it was in "D" for the speed you're at. This may seem like an expected behavior but in the 2IS, it was not the case - it always shifted to "4" regardless of speed.

I have a 3IS350 F RWD so it has the 8 Speed transmission. This also surprised me as I used to have a 2IS350 RWD before and it would always go into 4th gear when going into manual mode. the user manual stated that it will go to a higher gear if the speed is higher, but I tried several times going over 80 MPH and still went to 4th. This is a nice touch on the 3IS... question is, does it work that way for all 3IS or only the 8 Speed transmission on the IS350? Just curious.

Looks like it for all. I can confirm mine does for the 250, AWD, 6-speed (F-sport).

Yesterday I discovered that on F Sport models you can hit the up/down arrows on the right of the steering wheel to switch the information showed at the bottom of the tachometer when the gauge is centered.

In no particular order:
Current MPG
AVG MPG Since Reset
AVG MPH Since Reset
ECO Meter
Current Gear
KPH/MPH Toggle
Tire Pressure Monitor
Range
Blank

Found that the voice comands to play music, only works with songs that have "tags" connected to their files.
If you re name a song\file on your computer and the tag still says "unknown" you can't get the song to play by voice comand, since the car won't recognice what you have named the song.

Simple fix. Load the songs onto you computer, right click, properties, then to details tab. From there, click next to song title and a text box will appear and you will be able to enter the songs info and enter/edit any other info...providing that the song file is not locked down due to copyright encryption.

Six Lexus vehicles later and if there's one flaw with them, it's the size of the glovebox and the (useless) tray, not to mention it has usually ended up being a source of squeaks, especially with weight on it (like the owner's manual).

Thankfully, it can be removed and I keep my manual in the trunk.
