Default Lease details for IS350 Fsport? Residual? Money Factor?

Hello,

I am looking to lease a new 2014 IS350 F-sport RWD for 36 months, 12k a year.

I got a quick quote from the dealer based on an MSRP of $46.5 with 2k down a payment of $599.

Is this an ok deal?

What kind of deal did you get?

What residual % did you get?

What MF was used?

Your payment?

I appreciate all the help in advance! Thanks!

I leased a 250 fsport at lexus of Oxnard. For $460 for 27 months. With $2000 down. I also asked what the numbers were for the 350 fsport. My salesman gave me $507 for 27 months with $2000 down. Which is really a good deal if you think about it. Even though its not the best choice to put anything down but I'm happy with my lease.

Where do you see that? For the F-sport? The non fsport 250 is $359/mo with $3800 down on the website.

Also, anyone that has leased a 250/350 FSPORT, can you post your money factor and residual?

Thanks!

!

lexus.com front page click the red hot deals "See Offers" and it will come up. 349$ month 27 month 3424$ due at signing 10K miles year.

I thought the F Sport was cheaper than the luxury model? Where they get you is adding the Nav.

349$ mo. 27 mos. with 3,760 due at signing is for an is 250 with a price of 38,130 including delivery. not for an IS 250 RWD with f sport package+ navigation (msrp is about 42K)

I have been quoted $500 per month (including tax) on a 27 month lease, 12k per year, for an IS350 F Sport, MSRP $47K. $2000 driveoff.

Insanely high residual value of 72%, but money factor is also high at 3.5%

That seems like a good residual and monthly payment. I'm not sure how the dealer arrived at that monthly payment though. Ususally the 27 month lease payments would be more than a 36 month. That money factor also seems very high.

I typed in all the information you just gave including the money factor and residual and I came up with $770 + tax a month using edmunds lease calculator http://www.edmunds.com/car-leasing/c...e-payment.html .

MSRP is 47K but selling price is 44,900, I think.

Looks like I have to wait a year before I can get favorable lease deals from Lexus. I have to rethink my purchase this week and maybe postpone it for another year.

In order to know if something is a good lease deal we need to know:

1.MSRP
2.Negotiated Price
3. Residual
4. Money Factor
5.Fees wrapped into the lease
6.Drive off costs

We have a thread like this in the 4GS forum and its awesome, those of you posting payments please answer all of these points and we can create a great database here that will save people money.

Remember, never negotiate a lease based on the payment. Get the price as low as you can and the money factor as low as you can...the low payment will come.

This sounds like a great idea. Can anyone who has leased a is250/350 f sport do this? It would be very beneficial in negotiating with the dealer for those of us who plan to lease soon.

Anytime you see the leaese specials it will require money down and usually a base car of that tier.

Personally I wouldnt put any money down on a lease i would just roll it in. Yes that would leave for higher payment but in a lease you dont have to worry about deminish value, depreciation, etc. being that th Lease End Value is already set. So at the end of your term if your fipped just throw keys and get into another one. Sell ir privately if you are going to be making money. If your on the upside just roll that into your next car.
