What are the technical diffferenes between S and S+ modes in the 2014 IS350 AWD F Sport?

I think is the ratios and also the suspension.

Thanks for your response. I know that with BMW, the only diffference is that sport + disables the dynamic stability control, otherwise sport and sport + are the same. I was just wondering how it worked with the IS..
