Thats odd. 90% of all the cars posted on here are white/red. I think he is BS'ing you.

If you go on the Lexus website you can do an inventory search and see if there are any around you.

If you're dead set on the white/red combo (which I love btw) you may have to special order (3-4 month wait) or keep checking inventory (hoping/praying)......alternatively you can pick another color combo.

I know some dealers say they can get cars shipped from other dealers but I dont know the details, limits, etc. Good luck!

I'm actually having the same problem but with gray/red 350. None of the dealers in the whole state of Texas has it and do not know when they are expecting one to come in. I've searched around and found Los Angeles is the only place that has one...actually three of them with the configurations I want. There was a dealer in Dallas that said that they can try to trade for one.

You might be right because I haven't seen another white one at dealer after I purchased mine, I think there were a lot of white/red combo in the first flood of cars and now they are mostly Nebula Grey.

My dealer only received 1 in white/red(350) which happens to be the one I purchased. GM told me he special ordered that one...and other dealers were trying to get it from him.

My region only had 3 UW/Rioja Red at the port and i bought one of them

I got white with black. when i picked mine up there were 2 or 3 white with red inteiors. Sometimes the inventory serach on lexus will not show it because the dealer could "mark" as sold and it not so noone can search for their inventory. I did that when I was at BMW to keep dealers away from asking. Lexus could be different since I never worked the desk.

They should be getting their allocations now I would go to your local dealer and ask to see what they are getting.

Gotta remember we are enthusiasts. What we normally see on our forums is usually rare on the street compared to average size of small driver. That said, I think if you really want white/red combo find a dealer who will work to get you one. I waited 4 months for my car from last August to Christmas and was frustrating at time but well worth it now.

I don't think enthusiasm has anything to do with this really. We're going to dealers like any consumer, and buying cars on the lot like any consumer. It's not like the cars here are limited edition enthusiast models.
