Enlighten me, what does ET stand for ? How about CB? Somehow the number "45" looks offset to me.
I think the main concern is probably the bore pattern - 114.3. I hope the 3IS doesn't update it just like CT & LS.
EDIT: just checked the Sewell site and it looks like 2IS and 3IS have the same bolt pattern 5-114.3 and so the 2IS OEM 17" wheels probably fit in 3IS. Just need someone to try the actual wheels on 3IS to confirm. Now it is a good news..

CB is center bore. The diameter of the hole in the middle of the rim. 60,1 mm in diamter on lexus.
ET is the offset. How many millimeters away from from the center of the wheel the surface that touches the brake disc is. 45 on the lexus wheels shows the offset in millimeters.
Try to google offset and you'll se an image that illustrates this.
The bolt pattern on the IS is 5x114,3. Not like the ct with 5x100.
2IS rims will fit 3IS. Not sure about the 350 version, due to different brakes from the rest of the lineup.
You'll may need a lower offset (about Et40) to make it fit.
