I only use one place to tint my windows. I actually live in North Hollywood. The tint place to go to is in Sherman Oaks and its called Sunshield Glass Tinting. Hamid is the owner and has been in business at same location for 30 years. I have been going to him for 16 years. He is right off 101 freeway at Van Nuys Boulevard. Phone number is 818-906-8468. I get 20% charcoal. I paid $155 but I am a repeat customer.
If you go to him tell him Debbie ( yes I am a girl, lol) with the black 2014 Lexus IS sent you.
Read his reviews on yelp. He's excellent!!

Picked up my new IS on Saturday, one of the first ones in the Vancouver area. It's Atomic Silver with a red interior and it's a beautiful car, in my opinion. It also handles and performs exceptionally well. I'm very pleased.
The only downside so far, if it really is one, is the complexity of the various systems/settings. There's almost too many options and too much information available. I suspect it's a question of becoming more familiar with the vehicle, and probably not having a need for more than a small fraction of what's possible. We'll see.
