The residual is set by Lexus - is based on mileage and term of lease - will not change unless the mileage or length of the lease is changed.

You stated your residual was 71% - if that's the case, you probably did a 24 month lease, right?

Most likely, the dealer came down on the selling price or came up with a better money factor.

What payment are you trying to get to? With zero up front, around 450 (incl tax?) seems pretty good for a vehicle that stickers for almost 49k. The 3500 discount they initially offered is so so but they probably dug a little deeper.

Good luck.

They can wait on you, don't worry. Most I would put down is $1000 which covers drive off fees only. I remember reading through here that down payments are risks not worth taking. If you total your car, your insurance will pay the dealer or whoever does your leasing and then all your down payment becomes waste. You can bring up having MSDs but I'm not sure if that's common now a days.

Correction, I just checked. It's for a 27-month lease.

This is for a 2014 IS350 RWD with luxury package
Holly crap. this is the biggest scam I saw in a while. You could easily drive an ISF for that monthly payment. I'll just learn to live with your CT unless you want to pay for that mistake with huge $$$. IS350 doesn;t worth that monthly payment man.

Newb alert here:

With new information of the 2015 250/350's out, and the subsequent release to the market soon... What kind of deals do you think buyers can get on the 2014 IS250 models?

Thanks in advance!

2014 IS 250 base with only back up camera option. MSRP was 38,600. They offered me 38,000 OTD. Is that a good price? The dealer is in Ohio

I'm in SoCal and currently looking for an IS 250 FSport

I want one with Navi, back up camera and blind spot. I think MRSP is around 42k for this particular set up

What is a general OTD price should I be aiming at for the car ??

Anyone have any idea what IS350 AWD F Sport's with $49k MSRP's are leasing out for these days with nothing down (only first month's payment + DMV) for 30 months? Thanks!
