Check Edmunds.com forums for our vehicle. I found all this information there.

That's a fair deal. Just know that the dealer is absorbing or discounting the depreciation since 2017 will be out soon.

if you agree to that price, make sure the dealer doesn't tag on rediculous dealer fees last minute

Anyone know a fair price for a 2016 IS200t F-Sport w/ Navi? This is the deal I am currently at -

36 months
Monthly w/ tax $381
MSRP $44,588
Sell Price: $38,820
First payment/tax/dmv: $850
10k miles per year
RV = 61%
Rate .00110

I feel I can do better but not sure how much with the 2017 right around the corner..

Seems like a pretty solid deal, how are you getting it that low with tax? MSDs? Money down?

Sounds expensive to me to be honest. I just picked up an 2016 IS350 F Sport Fully Loaded, with radar cruise, f sport exhaust, all weather mats, all weather trunk mat, trunk lip spoiler, door edge guards, rear bumper applique and led sill panels.

36 months, 10k Miles, $2600 down, 61% Residual, .0009 Money Factor. MSRP is $51200... $389 Per Month

No MSDs and money down is just first month/tax/dmv

Where did you scoop that up from? Also you are putting $2600 down, does that include first month/tax/dmv? I would be technically $0 down. What is the sale price of the vehicle?

My lease isn't up until until 11/23, you think the game plan should be to wait until 2017's come out and see the specials there which also may drive down the 2016 prices?

My lease is up in October so I'm hoping for the 17 on a good deal, if they don't budge I guess I'll go with a 16, can't hurt to wait for the 16 to get a bit cheaper

13 off does seem very fair though, did you have to work a lot for that deal

Just FYI everytime I put your numbers in the calculator they dont come out, the payment comes out to 390ish+ tax

I've been trying to have it add up on my end as well but its been off.

I negotiated with them a bit, i think it really helped having my current 2014 IS250 F lease which is at:

MSRP: $43,138.00
Value: $37,300.00
RV: 73%
Rate: .00085
Monthly: $355.86
Out the door: $823.81 (first month, tax, dmv etc)

Extra damage insurance included

I have to pull the paperwork for the sale price, not sure off the top of my head. I remember it was a good deal, and yes that included all fees. That price is the out the door price.
