Just got a base 200t as of last week. This is for a lease, 36 mo and 10k. Here are the numbers.

MSRP: $38949
Cap Cost: $34000
Rebate: 1800
Taxes and fees: $750, I opted to pay this out of pocket.
MF: .0011
Residual: 63%

Total Monthly: $315

I think I did pretty good.

I beleive the current money factor offered by Lexus is 0.00110, and on a 36month, 7,500 mile/yr lease, I'd guess the residual should be around 64%. But without knowing the MSRP and Cap Cost, it's impossible to figure out whether they're marking something up that they shouldn't be. There could also be Lexus incentives in play (i.e. lease cash) that you might not be getting the full value of.

Any reason why you're going through a broker, and not directly through the dealer? Lexus dealers seem to be pretty upfront about the numbers, and it doesn't take more than a few emails with the fleet manager to sort out the details.

Based on those numbers, it looks like a good deal.

Got a proposal in hand for a IS300 F Sport.

Mica blue, Nav, Blind Spot Detection, rear spolier and accessory 1 package.

$44234 out the door. Good, bad, average?

Looks like a 300 F wouldn't qualify for 0.9 financing from LFS but a 200t F or 350 F does.

The .9 would really make me think twice about a 300 versus 350.

It's an issue with the forum. I've seen this on a few forums. You didn't miss any posts.

Hi Guys,

Looking to get an Ultra White is200t F-Sport with no nav. Unfortunately, I live in Hawaii and there is only 1 dealer.

Was offered originally $42,362 OTD but managed to get it down to $41,341.

Dealer also said he would only hold this price till the end of the month. They only have 1 UW left in stock and will probably only order a couple more before the 2017 models come out.

Do you guys think I'm better off holding off till September and trying again or should I go for it?

Looks like your just paying sticker price OTD. Just for reference, my IS350 was MSRP @ 49,433, and I got it for 47,500 OTD. Roughly 6.3k savings considering my tax rate @ 10%.
