Wow! Is that a correct MSRP for a fully loaded 350 Fsport? It seems quite low. Great price nonetheless.

Do you tell them you want to lease before or after you agree on a price?

I told them initially, but it's up to you. You could negotiate a cash purchase and settle on a selling price and then change your mind and say you want to lease. It shouldn't impact selling price. But, it could impact incentives/rebates applied as some are exclusive to cash purchases.

73% for the 27 month lease. I think 36 month was around 65%.

Congrats and welcome!

A new wrinkle on using MSDs - use the rebate to fund some of the MSDs - a very smart move indeed!

If you negotiate the lowest possible sale price, it won't matter if you are buying or leasing other than incentives that only apply to one or the other. You just need to be well informed so the dealer can't play musical numbers with you.

Sorry forgive me all. I've been skimming through here and most of the posts are geared to leasing. Can anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area suggest anyone or dealership for fair or best deals on 2015 or 2016 IS350 F-Sport? Please post here or DM me. I'd greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.

I don't think you're going to find any 2015 350's in the Bay, let alone all California. I recommend submitting a lead capture form on all Bay Area dealership sites (Stevens Creek, Magnussen, Serramonte, Concord, Coliseum, etc). Then, once you get the quotes, narrow it down to 2 or 3 dealership and pit them against each other.

I ended up buying the 200t last week, but also strongly considered the 350. For reference, Coliseum Lexus quoted me $44k on a '16 IS350 FSport ($49,433 MSRP). Stevens Creek is the closest to me and they were willing to beat that, so I went there.
