2016 IS200t
MSRP $40,109
Selling Price: $37,000
Residual: 66%, 12k/yr, 36 month, 1-month free
MF: .0009 (will do 9 MSD for .00008 reduction each.. this is possible yes?)
Fee: $700 acquisition + $689 (~$525 doc fee + others) = $1,389

Is that a decent selling price?

I have a trade-in that should equal max MSD's.
If they give me the trade-in price + $500 extra discount. I am sold.
Is that the base model w/o Navi? What's your monthly including tax?

Sale pricr is only 8% off MSRP? Is that considered a good deal in the Boston area? Plus drive off fees?

did you just respond to my question with not one but FIVE questions?

w/o Navi.. I am guessing around ~$350/month which includes taxes.

I'm only asking because I recently got a similar lease but for ~ 12% off MSRP. And zero drive off fees.

oops.. thanks..

i passed on the 200t last night.. the power wasn't any better than the 250.. I know people were mentioning the turbo lag, but I didn't think it would be this bad.. it was pretty bad.
And to top it off the sales manager told me they made a mistake on the price and tacked on another $1,000. He was dumbfound when I walked out.. I hate buying cars in Boston..

I have the following deal in front of me for a 2016 IS300 F Sport:

Sale Price: $43,200
Trade Value (Appraisal): $17,000
Trade Balance (What I owe): $19,400

Residual: $30,606.84
MF: .00009
36 month/12k lease
Monthly Payment: $546.82/month

Thoughts? How good of a deal is this? I feel like I'm doing alright considering the negative equity but wanted to check with you guys.

Thanks!

Purchased my 2014 Lexus IS 250 f sport back in 2014, no upgrades but purchased extended warranty for about $1800. Car had already came equipped with lo jack which was about $800 or so, my down payment was 12k, total for the car close to $47k.

Hey all.. Most folks are from Cali -- I am in NC... Looking to get a 200T but not sure if this lease deal is any good..

I have 3 options with 3 down payment options.. After reading a lot of posts on Lease deals -- I am wondering if anyone can help with some negotiating tactics:

Here is what I know:
MSRP 38,949
Discount 3,100
Tint + Nitrogen inflation - 405
ANNUAL MILEAGE - 7500

MONTHS- DOWN PAYMENT $0,$500,$1000

36 Month - $413, $398, $384/mo
39 Month - $408, $394, $381/mo
42 Month - $399, $386, $374/mo

I feel like the mileage isn't that great (7500) and from what I am reading, these look more like an F deal.. THOUGHTS?

I would not pay that much for a 200T non-F with that low mileage. Also, I think 405 for tint + nitrogen inflation is a joke. Get it tinted anywhere other than the dealer for cheaper and go to any Costco for nitrogen inflation.

@ Harkirath

Agreed on the Tint and Inflation -- Any thoughts on what the deals should be? Do these look more like "F" type prices?

Seems like an excellent deal to me consider my options being offered so far. Granted your 3k down compared to my no money down makes a difference too!!

Grats! Very nice!

PS. Do you know any more details on the lease? Residual? Money factor? Etc... Trying to work out a deal in my favor here in NC!

I know the MF offered to me was a 0.001. Residual price at end of lease will be 32k. Anything else you need? I have the paperwork/details in the car downstairs, I can check them out if you want.

Good luck! What color are you looking to get?

BTW! My friend actually got a quote from the same dealer for a IS200t F Sport 10k miles 2k down for 280 a month.
