The first one was for attending the Lexus IS Ride and Drive Event in Cleveland, OH (back in September 2013)
The 2nd certificate was from going to the Detroit, MI Auto Show in January and talking to a Lexus Rep.

They are not rebates, but certificates that take that amount off the price at the time of the sale.
