0 Down @ 363.00 a month for 33 months 10k miles a year (375 but one month free, I did college discount as well)
I have no other plans, except free maintenance at 5k/10k. This is in tri-state area.

Feel like I got a pretty good deal, but wanted to get to $350 a month b/c I feel like college discount/one month free does not affect dealer bottom line
Also, I ended up getting the $30 excess and wear tear, which adds up to 875 ish for the term of the lease. Is that worth it? Also, was the excess wear and tear price negotiable and how tough is Lexus when returning a car?

Looks like a great deal. Is that for the regular model or the F-Sport?

Most likely base model is300, the sticker price is 41k.

Base IS starts at 39xxx + AWD (2k-3k)

I calculate an invoice price of approx $42100. How much are taxes and plates? That's a smoking deal.
Can you please send me your dealer and salesman's name? I might be ready to upgrade my 2015.

I hope you realized that the deal posted above if for a 2016 not 2017. I honestly think they should offer better deals than 6-7k discount on 2016 car.

^^^ Yeah! That deal Tinkley posted above sounds more like a selling price, before tax, tag, etc. If that were truly an out the door price that would equate to a selling price that is north of a 27% discount off MSRP. That's unheard of.

Tinkley, would you please confirm whether or not your offered amount did or did not include tax? And do you know how many miles the car had on it? Was it a demo car?
