How much should a 2016 L/certified IS 200t F Sport with navi in white/red with only 500 miles run? 37k OTD? 39k OTD? 40k OTD? Somewhere between there?

Hi guys - trying to figure out an appropriate price for 2015 IS 300 deal, with an MSRP of $41,865.

The Lexus promotion is $329 a month, $1999 down, + I qualify for 1k college rebate, + first month free.

The dealer offered $314 a month (after tax), with $3k upfront (includes all fees). The total I would be paying would be $14,000 over 3/30.

This is the first car I'm going to lease, so I have no idea whether it's a good deal or not. What should I be looking to pay over 3 years for a 2016 model with this MSRP?

Any advice would be appreciated. I can try to get additional info if needed.

When trying to lease a car, how do you approach getting a good deal? Do we bargin the sales price like if we were financing? I think residual and MF are pretty set so the only variable that charges is sales price right?

Yes, the sales price is the same whether you buy or lease, the dealer doesn't care if you buy it or Lexus financial buys it so get the price as low as possible. The residual and MF are pretty much set but dealers can still play with the MF to give you a higher rate. Do yourself a favor and go on Edmunds and there is a chat feature where people provide the monthly incentives, MF, residual, etc. (since they typically change monthly). When I leased my IS I knew exactly what the dealer cash was and that Lexus was paying the first month lease payment and the dealer still tried to get me to pay the first month until I told him I knew all of the incentives including the dealer cash and not to try to pull a fast one on me.

MSRP $43,668
price net after rebate $35,941

Residual $27,510.84
36 months 7500 miles $386/month LA tax, zero down

Not sure how good of a deal this is.

Hi guys, I will be purchasing a new Lexus is350 F Sport hopefully within the next 60 days.

I live in the Los Angeles area, and trying to get an idea from the people who have live in the area, how much did you pay for your is OTD?

I am looking at a 2015 with less than 30k miles.

How much did you pay for your new is250/350?

Trim: 2014 IS 250 AWD
Type of Purchase: Financed Purchase (Sept 2016)
Color: Black
Upgrades: N/A
Price Paid: $22,700 @ 27K Miles (easily the best price I could find under 40K after searching high and low for about 2 months)

Hope this helps someone

I just signed the papers for a 2017 IS 350 F-Sport last week.

2017 IS 350 AWD
F-Sport Series 3
Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0
Rear Spoiler
Cargo Liner
Cargo Net
17" Winter rims and tire package (Michelin X-Ice 3)

96month/160 000km Platinum Warranty plan
Xpel Paint Protection
Xpel clear bra (full hood and fenders)
Rear bumper applique
ECC Rust inhibitor module

The above addons were an extra $7511 (That was after an additional $540 off)

MSRP: $55 300
Discount: $5235.50

This is all in CAD, btw.

Unfortunately, there were no incentives.

I think I did alright, considering it's a 2017 model year which I imagine is not easy getting discounts on when it's brand new.
