In that case my calculations are not agreeing with theirs. Here are the numbers I'm using:
MSRP = $50,010
Sale price = $44,510 (includes $500 rebate)
Residual = 61%
Acq fee = $700
Dealer doc = $500
Misc fee = $108
Base MF = .00075 (minus 8 MSDs @ .00008 each = .00011 net MF)
Sales tax = 6.5% on cap cost

If I run those numbers I get $460.92 per month. Even if the $500 rebate were included in their $45,010 price then you'd be at $475.78 per month. Something isn't adding up - you don't have any negative equity trade or other fees?

Not that I'm aware of, I'm going there tomorrow afternoon to close the deal. I will take your numbers and see what the difference could be.
Thank you so much for the help!!

Not sure about FL but I was quoted 1300 annually including GAP coverage in Ohio.

Canadian monthly payments:

I have is250 AWD 2015 and we pay 620$ per month for a 39 month lease...0 down

If i took the 48 month lease i would have paid 580$ per month 0 down (we went for the 39 month option because the interest rate was lower, might keep the car...we will see...)

is250 AWD with luxury package (sensors in front and back, leather, sunroof navigation...and other stuff)

I dont recall the Residual

Lexus removed 3500$ from the price of the car

Thanks

100/300

It's a general rule of thumb for most states.

Florida has much higher rates than Ohio. If you want, PM me your limits and i'll let you know if it's a good deal or not. Just the premium is hard to go off of.

Ok so if MSRP is $50,010.00 and the residual is based on that, it should be $30,506.10 or 61% correct?

According to latest Edmunds posts (late August) the residual for 36/15k is 61%, which like you said is 61% of $50,010 = $30,506. That number MIGHT have changed, I am just going by what I saw on Edmunds as of like 8/26

Thats a really nice monthly payment. You guys pay cheap price in the usa

I bought 2015 awd is250 canadian luxury package(it has sensors in front and back plus blind spot monitoring camera sunroof leather and other stuff)

Cost of the car was almost 47000$ CAD (After a 3500$ rebate)+ 15% tax

My residual is 25400$+15% tax

Residual is about 54%

Lease Payments for 39 months is 622$ includes the 15% tax

12000 km per year

My interest is 0%

These are rough numbers but the payents are accurate

But also dont forget the US dollar is 25% higher on the exchange

So my canadian 622$ is about 470$ US

And you got an IS350

Still that is a nice low payment you guys have

Question How much for is250 2008??

Hello,

New to the forum here and new to the car world I suppose. I'm getting my first car soon and I would love to be able to buy a used IS250 2008. I think the car looks fantastic and I would like to add modifications as time flies with the car. I only have a budget of 12k. Is this a reasonable price for this car?

I would like to have under 90k miles on it and in fairly good condition with no major problems.

Also when I start adding mods, how much should I expect to pay for the following:

Tinted windows
Nice black rims/tires
Red Break pads
Cool looking body kit

and performance things to make the car faster/add more horse power.

p.s. excuse my lack of education for this topic and for cars in general. I hope the response is helpful and non insulting.

thank you
