Take the 350 - you will be much happier.

Edit - just noticed though you said its got 10k miles - need to knock 1or 2k off the price.

Default for those leasing just some food for thought

hi all i am about to buy an is and been reading the deals especially with leasing, i am just noticing how many people are getting caught up in any money down with a lease excluding the normal first month and taxes and tags.
If your leasing, always negotiate one dealer against another telling one the other is 25$ lower
always end by closing with extra mileage so if you have a 10k lease on the table at time of purchase pulling the trigger tell them you will move forward with 12k and your will sign now, worst case scenario they say no 7 out of 10 they will absorb the extra 6k in mileage
always negotiate the lease number tax in
always try to stay with 36 months or less, tires and brakes become an issue approaching 40 -50 k with mileage
always always no money down excluding some start up fees, i prefer a sign and drive but with the nice product lexus has built they have some leverage on us but all your doing is putting profit in the dealers pockets with money down
i know some will say i did it to bring my payment in budget, if thats the case don't buy the lexus and wait till you can afford a no money down lease
safe driving to all

Default AWD IS 350 F Sport w/nav and ML $45k?

I'm getting mixed info about this.

Anyone able to get a 15' IS350 F-Sport Awd, with ML/Nav, blind spot for 45k?

Gary
Is it really a bad deal though because the 39860 is OTD price, the MSRP OTD is 44,900. this is WITHOUT the new grad 1k.

Another question, the new grad 1k is from manufacture right? its not from the dealers?

I forgot to mention that 42900 is OTD.

Same thing they're basically right next door to each other I bought mine from Stevens Creek which is their sister store in Nor Cal. Maybe I should have waited until I went home to LA and bought from them. Oh well I think I got a good deal back in Sept but you got a better deal. Congrats again!

When i was shopping for my IS, they gave me pretty good discount. And obviously in so cal. There is always someone who can do better

12% discount was doable in any dealership in so cal except on ultra white/rioja red combo
They were selling it close to invoice

Doubtful, unless you qualify for the grad and or military discount, I paid 44,900 for all option RWD 350. I think others have gotten it for 46k so thats why I mention the discounts.

Not a bad deal then if the selling price before TTL is $39-40k.

Let us know what you decide.

Only thing I wanted but couldn't find was Mark Levinson, but was more than happy getting one of the few UW/Black interiors as the red interior was just too bright for me.
Thank you to everyone who shared in this thread, the info was very helpful during my purchase.

If so, that was the one I had put a deposit down on then they just randomly cancelled it and sold it out from under me.

What kind of crap is this^^^, obviously if it was the same vehicle it's not you're fault but we post here so that others can have a good guide and reference. If it was his deposited vehicle oh well but I would atleast post what dealer....You sir, lame

Yeah, not his fault. But that was the one that I put a deposit down on in September, when it was put on the boat to the states.

When I called to check on it at the end of October - they told me that they had cancelled my deposit. So, when I talked to Lexus of Austin - they checked on the car and it was already sold. ****ty service from Westside Lexus.

Lexus of Austin is they did a dealer trade for me

Well put - I agree - if you do not want to share on the forum what the forum allows and is meant for, I don't see the point in posting. It is helpful to others when a dealer is exposed for using shady business practices.

Ugh,,,,

I have been set on selling the old truck and getting the new car for months thinking I could get it for $45k

I don't qualify for the grad or military program. I am in law enforcement, but I don't think that helps at all. Sometimes we qualify for government employee discounts. But I don't this applies.

If you are willing to travel down to NorCal or SoCal, you can easily get an IS350 F-Sport for $45k or less (plus TTL).
