I'm looking to lease, but still want to negotiate the selling price as much as possible. I want convenience and stay with my local dealer if possible, but the dealers around me have only 9 to 10 IS350s in stock, which may be another reason for them to not negotiate as much.

The problem for me is that I have to lease by early december, and I'm guessing the best deals will be late december. I got a very good offer for the Infiniti Q50, but checking my options with Lexus.

The best price(my calculation) as of now with current trends seems to be about $500/month(tax included) for the IS350-F. If I could get 5k off, the price would be about $420/month? Maybe I should compromise and get the Q50 for $360/month. I'll test drive the IS350-F first and I have a feeling that I'm going to want the IS350-F.
I'm so sure that you'll go with the IS350 F-Sport. I didn't like the feeling of the steering wheel on the Q50S and how it turns around corners, etc. Also, my neighbor has one and he told me he was regretting getting the car (this is coming from a crazy Infiniti fan). Stick with Lexus - that will be my suggestion.

That sucks that they dont give the discount that we get here in CA. There are at least +10 lexus dealerships within 100miles radius here in southern california. A lot of competition.

Another thing is that when u know someone paid this much and that. You dont wanna pay extra for the same car. The best bet is to get a car where they give a lot of discount then ship it to you. Sh cost isnt much if the discount u get exceeds that sh cost n more

Good luck with a search!

What dealer? Zero down?? Nothing out of pocket? Sounds like an amazing deal. I might have to check that dealer out

In CA, this would not be a good deal. You should be able to get an 250F below $400.

I am in Washington dc.
Didn't put too much into it being as I sold my other car and didn't have a vehicle to drive.

For a $47k msrp AWD and 12k miles, it's probably not that bad a deal. Most of the 250s here in CA are not AWD and msrp is 2-3k less.

We purchased our is350 on 10/16, on 10/25 I finished my degree. I could have saved us $1000 had i knew about the college grad discount...

It wouldn't hurt to give Lexus Financial a call to see if they are willing to do something for you on this - you won't lose a thing with the phone call - you just might gain the $1k - you never know.

Let us know if they can help

Congrats on the new IS!

2015 IS350 F-Sport
Ultra White Exterior/Black Interior
Nav, BSM, VGRS, Spoiler, the usual
MSRP: $48,380
Sale Price: $42,900 (with $1000 student rebate)

Only thing I wanted but couldn't find was Mark Levinson, but was more than happy getting one of the few UW/Black interiors as the red interior was just too bright for me.
Thank you to everyone who shared in this thread, the info was very helpful during my purchase.

Did you buy it from Westside Lexus?

If so, that was the one I had put a deposit down on then they just randomly cancelled it and sold it out from under me.

Can't really say where I got it from, the car I got was already sitting on the dealer lot so didn't have to put any kind of deposit.
