Do the new standard gauges have the same "glowing ring" that the 2IS had when prompting to shift?

I would say no. Look at the official video released by Lexus that show the instrument cluster coming on, the video is on YouTube it's 5:36 mins and the cluster comes on about 2:50 time.

Well, they don't rev at least in that video. But I'm not expecting it. I just thought it would've been really cool.

No for both F SPORT and Standard. But there is something that is similar to LFA on the F SPORT version.
