Since about 2003, I've wanted an IS. I test drove one back around 2004 and fell in love, but it's taken me about 12 years to get to the point where I could pick one up. So, last week, I managed to get one and I could not be happier. Managed to snag a 2014 CPO IS250 F Sport and just thoroughly love driving it. I test drove a 350 F Sport and really liked it, but living in the Washington, DC area, having 300+ HP is pretty much a waste. Combined with the fact that I don't feel the need to speed around, the 250 if plenty for me. The whole sport mode thing really makes it feel a lot more powerful than it is and I'm good with that.
Not really sure I'll be doing anything to "upgrade" or personalize it, but who knows. Anyway, here she is. I named her Selena, which is quite geeky if I tell you why, but regardless, I think this is a great car. When I was searching for one, I knew I wanted an F Sport, but I hated the red interior in the pictures. My 6 year old son really liked the red and I finally went and took a look in person. When the sales person opened the door, I immediately fell in love. I think it's insanely classy and it really looks incredible.
Picked up a 2016 IS300 AWD F-Sport 2 about 2 months ago in Atomic Silver with Rioja Red seats. Driven civics all of this time finally changed it up. Real stoked to be a part of the community!
Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself. I picked up a 2016 IS350 F Sport Black/Rojas Red. I'm a former Acura owner and current owner of a 2001 Trans Am WS6 with 35k mile, it's my baby.
Looking to do light performance modifications to the IS, so I'll be looking around the forums for recommendations.

Sup every1 been lurking here for a long time found a lot of great info. Hadn't posted anything yet cause car was stock since I got it 12/15. Finally did a few things: 19x8.5 +45 Acanii wheels all around with Accelera PHI 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear, Manzo(Megan Racing rebrand) lowering springs, muffler delete, Burger Tuning intake, 35% tint front windows and 20% back and rear. Lemme know what u guys think.

always wanted an IS, finally traded in my Venza last week towards a 2016 IS300 AWD f-sport3 black on red. Initially black was not my color of choice and I also test drove the 350 and wanted the added power, but received a great deal I could not refuse. Completely satisfied with the purchase and deciding factor was the ML audio my wife heard and could not resist, checked out the TLX and Q50 and both cannot compare.
next up will be window tint and debadge next week.
Long time lurker - I finally pulled the trigger on a 16 IS350, with the Fsport 3 package in USB! I'm excited to drive the car, and learn more from the great people on this board.
