Hey guys,

Where have you mounted your fastrak (or easypass or whatever). I am planning on getting blackvue installed behind the rear view mirror. Since the spot behind the mirror will be taken by that, I was thinking about putting the fastrak unit on the dash. But all of the mounting tape I am seeing around are with heavy duty glue. I don't want to damage the dash. Does anyone know of a easy solution? Maybe a suction cup mount or something?

I ordered mine from Amazon. It's easy to move the transponder around if you switch cars.

I don't even carry FasTrak with me. I just registered my license plate # on the FasTrak website and they just snap a pic then pull the money from my account.

I do the same as well, run through and let them photo the license plate and take it out of my account.
Was thinking of getting one of those clips but decided i can save me 6 dollars by not buying one.

Oh I didnt know that was a possible. I always thought I needed to carry the unit in the car.

You should always have your unit in the car, but the FasTrak module is not needed if your plate is registered on their website.
