People buy them, so how can one say they are overpriced?

My sister recently bought a loaded new Accord sedan and the side camera that displays your blindspot in the nav screen when the right side blinker is activated is awesome. I wish more companies adopted that because of all the blind spot monitors, this is the best I have used. Totally agree though they are boring and too common, but for those who don't mind, they are tough to beat.

With regard to the bland styling. I don't know I kinda like the Accord especially if you get some Sport Accord wheels. Interior wise it's the same as the GS. What surprised me about the Accord is awesome ride. It's almost as good as the GS.
I'm sure many people will purchase the IS as their first luxury car. And I'm sure some of those people will decide that maybe this luxury segment is not all that it's crack up to be. It's way overpriced. In the mean time Lexus will get plenty of buyers hoping the extra price they are paying is worth it. I've had multiple luxury cars and frankly it's getting old. Or maybe I'm just getting old. Damn and I'm not even 40 yet lol. yemv

I would absolutely disagree that the interior of the Accord is anywhere near as nice as the interior of the GS.
Don't get me wrong, the Accord is great and that's what I would buy in that segment, but there is no comparing the quality and materials of the two interiors.
The Accord also rides well, but it's not nearly as refined as the GS, and from a handling perspective there's no comparison.
You may not see the value in the difference which is fine, but that doesn't mean the difference is not there.

Obviously purchasing or leasing the 2014 IS now and for the next few months the dealerships will have the upper hand !?!? It's simple economics with supply and demand thus they won't be budging too far from MSRP. This would make the 3IS overpriced of course !!
With a little patience they'll be more flexible and willing to wheel and deal so to speak !?
