whats up everyone,

I got cut off by someone coming out of an alley and couldnt dodge him in time, turns out he wasn't insured so my insurance is paying me out to uninsured motorists coverage. I want to use this opportunity to upgrade my front to the 2011 fascia.

Is it plug and play? What parts would I need?

I looked at some old threads on here and found some people who did the same. Some say they needed to modify the tabs and other said it was a perfect plug and play. On an old thread I saw a pic of the whole coversion kit Sewell (rip) used to offer and it included the parts needed. I think I can assume these are all the necessary parts lol but are any of them "extra" or unnecessary?

Lastly on the sewell posting it says it also fits 2009-2010 models (not my 06) which gave me more skepticism of it being plug and play on my car. But in an old post someone said it was plug and play on their 06 or 07.

Anyone have any info / experience on this? thanks so much

I'll call Lexus and ask too. Hopefully they can help me and won't waste my time

I am looking to purchase the mesh grill from a 2011 to fit a 2010. What website did you find this? clublexus.com?

the pic is from an old site which doesn't exist anymore but yea i found it on a thread on CL. im almost 100% sure the grill will fit just google "2011 mesh grill on 2010 lexus is250 clublexus". i found out googling what you want to find and adding the website name after is a lot easier and finds more posts than the search function on this site

In the context of what I posted, 2009-2010 means 08/2008 to 07/2009 production and 2011-2013 means 08/2010 to 03/2013.
