Question HKS Hipermax LS+ Coilovers

Hey guys, I've recently inquired about some used coilovers on craigslist. They were purchased from upgarage and are intended to be used with the jdm altezza but the seller claims that they (upgarage) listed them to be compatible with is300 AND is250 and they're for sale for pretty cheap. I've personally never heard of this but I'm a pretty new lexus owner so I've tried looking around other forums to see if anyone's tried using is300 suspension parts (specifically coilovers) on is250s and vice versa but I haven't found any solid answers. Anyone able to give any input? We plan on attempting to test fit them before I fully commit and pay about $400 but it'd be nice to save some time and labor before we start anything. The coilovers are the discontinued HKS Hipermax LS+ Coilovers (30-way dampening adjustment and rebound adjustment) and I have a 2006 RWD Lexus IS250.

I won't be able to answer your question but are the coilovers from Jspec? I think they're a pretty reputable company so if they allow you to test fit them before purchase , I say its worth a shot. Im going to get some of their guys to put on my springs soon. They own a shop called good nuff garage.

Post pics of the coilovers and we might be able to say if it'll work or not.

I've never heard of the two different vehicles sharing suspension parts.

Is it just me, or are those center two much shorter than the other two? 2IS coilovers seem to be much closer in length to each other.
