Default Aftermarket exhaust question

This is 2 days after I washed the car and polished the exhaust tips with mothers.

Hello guys,
So its been 2 months now since I've had my Joe z True dual exhaust on my IS350 and I must say that am in love with the sound. This is the first time ever owning an aftermarket exhaust system, Now since I've had it installed, I noticed that my exhaust tips tend to cover up with this black dust quickly. I have no CEL or anything, and I've googled this many times and it appears as burning rich?? Is it normal for the exhaust tips to have the black dust?

It's just carbon soot, nothing to worry about. occurs on my tanabe as well, and I just wipe it off with some chrome polish by Mothers as well

They all do it, but the exhaust on my IS350 seems to soot up much faster than any of my other cars.

I added PPE catless headers to my stock mid-pipe and stock exhaust IS350, and I now get more carbon on my GFX tips. Hmmmmm, I wonder why.
