Hi, I have recently purchased a 2006 Lexus IS350 import and have few questions hope someone can help. First of all, there doesn't seem much sound coming from the rear passengers head restraint. I have tried the sound adjustment to have more sound coming from the rear but doesn't seem to make that much different. Is that because it is a bass speaker? Secondly, when I play the CD/FM/HDD, the screen keeps going back to navigation(Japanese). How can I make it to stop? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi David. The sound system is front biased on this model, but should respond somewhat to adjustment (front to rear). If it doesn't, try checking the speakers individually. As for the coming back to the navi screen, push "Info" then go to "Screen settings" and un-check the come back function.
