Your question is far to vague. Is the bumper you are interested used or new? Is the bumper being sold by a Lexus dealer (lot's of them on eBay) or a private party. Is the bumper being sold as OEM or after market. Lot's more questions I could ask. But, could you be a little more specific?

I dont know how the bumpers are, but I had bad luck recently with replica front and rear lips. Returned the parts the same day

Yes, I purchased an ISF replica front. Bumper came with a broken tab underneath and seller refunded a couple hundred dollars, so I got the bumper for a steal.

I once bought a replica front bumper for my old IS300. It was pre-painted also. It fitted and looked good. Not all ebay sellers are the same so i guess i got lucky.

I purchased an IS-F replica bumper for my '06 IS250 from eBay. The fitment was absolutely terrible. I contacted the seller and filed a claim with eBay and was able to get all of my money back. My bumper got cracked during winter driving and I needed a replacement. I saw the IS-F style bumper and generally saw great reviews. If I didn't end up getting the thing for free, I'd be very upset. The bumper fit very tightly around both headlamps. It also seems like it's not as wide as it should be. The bumper had to essentially be "stretched" to bolt it to the fenders. I was able to end up using it, but the fitment still sucks bad!

Installed IS-F front replica bumper (With grills and fogs) on 07 IS350 fitment is perfect. It cost me around $800 to buy and ship it from USA to my country though.

This was years ago, material is not fiber glass and this is important to be flexible and not brittle.
