DIY walkthrough for A/F and 02 sensors
I've not seen any posts on this forum relating to changing the Air/Fuel sensors (sometimes referred to as the Upstream Sensors) so thought I'd share a post that I put up on the UK Lexus forum. The info and pics within the posts cover the early model 2006-2009 and the facelift model 2010 -2013. It's here

I hope you can see everything and all the pics. If not please shout and I'll see if I can rectify for you all.
Shaun's guide (Noobie) is particularly good as he has many photos and instructions for the parts to be removed to give access to the sensors. I've then added a few photos and items relevant to the facelift model.
Interestingly, both of us purchased our sensors from Rockauto in the US. The process is pretty much identical on both cars .... but the sensors have different part numbers. This does apply to the is250 but I would think it would apply equally to the is350 too. Oh how I wish we had the is350 in the UK!! I'd have one straight away. Sadly, the powers that be decided not to introduce the is350 to the UK
I hope it is of use to anyone that wants to change their upstream sensors.
