if it's not meant to be, oh well on to the next one. If you're not in a rush, then maybe a better one will pop up in the coming months. Sides it's almost due for it's next service interval for the diff fluids and transmission fluids, spark plugs, etc. Which just adds on top of the other wear items you'll need to change out because it has no service history/paper trail on it.

I put in a formal offer of $7600 USD, which I felt was pretty generous considering the car's condition and work that needed to be done. Blue Book for this car in 'Fair' condition estimated $7917.
In the end the consignment lot owner said the car owner would take $8900 for the car.
Arguments for this was price were:
I put together a pretty detailed offer sheet for them to review...bottom line is the car needs a new water pump as it is making noise. I was also able to peer inside and see the carbon build up which needs to be addressed with a top engine clean at a minimum.
All-in-all no skin off my back as I have a trip planned to the Denver area at the beginning of March. There are a big number of options down there that will yield something.
Thank you to all who chimed in...

Arguments for this was price were:
- The car has ran perfect
- All that's ever been needed was oil changes
- New tires and brakes in 2015

Im having tranny issues like everyone else. It was fine until i put 30K miles into it.
I think the trans issues started after the FREE servicing. I would love to see how your trans acts original without the carbon cleaning.
Also try not ever changeing the trans fluid either.
I think a combination or one of these escalated the trans issue. Could be sediment from the system captured into solenoids or something who knows.
Also my alternator went out and that was a FEMALE of a job. Only because of this hidden rear bolt. Part was like $200 to $300 reman.
Other than these two things Mine has been good
