Thanks rezno i'I'll check out that link here in a little bit. Honestly I don't ever expect a used car to have zero issues but I thourouly test drive the vehicle and didn't notice it once before purchase. Makes me wonder if they had the dash apart for some reason before final delivery.

Also yesterday it seemed that once the cabin temp was up for awhile it went away so whatever piece it may be seems to be contracting in the cold to rattle then expanding to the point where it's solid again. Which seems in line with some plastic clippy mounting hardware.
