Default Audio Skipping with Bluetooth

My bad if I did not search prior to starting this topic, but has anyone experience audio skipping while using Bluetooth? I have listen to music on my phone with no skipping with no problem. I just started to notice for the past two days, that the music would skip every 30 secs or so when it's being played in the car through Bluetooth. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Had a similar problem with my home theater, it was the phone. I suggest you have some friends hook up their phone to your car and see what happens.

Will try. Did you end up resolving this issue at all though?

My phone used to do this. I solved the problem by installing an app that keeps the screen on or prevents it from timing out while the music plays

What phone do you have? I seem to remember getting the occasional audio glitch back in the day when I had a Galaxy S3, but none with the Galaxy S7 edge that I have now. Also, do you have a newer IS with built-in Bluetooth audio, or are you using an adapter plugged into the aux port?

Tried leaving my phone on but still no luck. Ended up re-pairing my phone and gonna see if that helps.

I have the Samsung S7 Edge. I have a 2012 IS with the built-in Bluetooth audio.
