I had some weird issues with my car doors and some of my door boots got damaged. I need to replace them but can not find them for the life of me anywhere. No diagram that I hve seen has them. Also the little rubber grommets that go between the engine cover and the engine(what holds the engine cover to the motor) are hard to find as well? Anyone have any tips to find those parts?

Try a wrecking yard. www.car-parts.com or check these guys, http://aaforeign.com/ they had a few nice IS250's and 350's that they were parting out a couple of months ago.
