Default 06 IS250 AWD rattles/n stuff

recebtly became a owner of a pretty nice looking Lexus, came from a benz c class and its amazing so far. Just recently however I went On a little road trip to Louisiana from ft hood tx with some friends and the high ways out there suck and are extremely bumpy. No when I go over decent sized bumps my sunroof will have a rattling noise that bugs the crap out of me. Somewhere in the rear there's a rattle/squeak that I believe is coming from my rear speaker covers. I'm guessing the constant vibrations and bumps loosened some things up a bit. any tips or ideas of a quick fix?

Also.. from my understanding this year of my car had a recall on the dash as it melts from sitting in the sun and it makes this annoying reflection onto my windshield while driving. Would my car be covered under the recall even though I bought the car used and I am not the first owner? I'm tempted to just get a custom made dash cover from cover king or something but I don't want to ruin my cars look.

another thing is regarding the transmission, was looking under the hood one day and had to get on internet to find out about my transmission fluid. My car has 125k on it and I know the transmissions are not supposed to be serviced as they have "lifetime" fluid or something along those lines and was wondering if I should worry about driving to California from my duty station here?

Thanks and sorry for any misspellings, typed this up on my phone at work

The rattles are something I heard you can do yourself but is very time consuming locating each point where its coming from. The problem is is that most of the parts aren't bolted directly to the car and they gradually get more loose as you drive. You have to take off a lot of parts though to do it. On the bright side, if you decide to do it yourself, you'll save a ton of money.

Not sure about the melting dash. I'd assume if it is a recall they would fix it free of charge.

Change the fluid. No fluid will ever last a 'lifetime'. Most suggestions here say every 60k - 80k miles change it out. Better to be safe than sorry even if it costs a bit more. There are people who have had failed transmissions at 160k and above and this was one of the reasons why.
