Default Coolant problem HELP

Hey im new and sorry for my language.
Polish forum fans lexus isn't helps. Ignored my problem.Topic temperature cdn.

Even a fool, until finally ordered a new thermostat and zobczymy or something will change anything As you go mention.
Maybe someone something to me from the forum will tell

Note the position of slightly less than half (Where was left). Some time ago I moved a little to the top What bothered me (MIMO developer remains non-stop weight this higher position) - invalid plug in the City of whether the route.

ElmScan Toyota / Lexus shows the value of 93 degrees Celsius, of course, as heating to the max, the temperature drops temporarily as shown in the chart

SDProg and shows the values of other Toch

Temperatrua liquid during the ride so roughly 85 degrees Celsius (normal), a screenshot of the graph temperature while driving, unfortunately, did not do
In contrast, once the temperature of the parked 85 degrees Celsius began quite quickly raise. At 93 degrees or even 95 degrees fans not annexed (I can not come from how many degrees fans begin to blow).

The thermostat opens, because the hose is warm (maybe more than a warm ... and hotter), a snake coming out of the radiator (to the right of the thermostat) - there is mega hot, it's hard to maintain it is also hard)

Water pump turns, no leaks, no noise
The fluid is not diminished in the coolant expansion between the min / max.

I would add that the exhaust slightly flies steam, even as it warms up. Sticking his fingers in the water muffler feel. In addition, I would add that the smoke is odorless (or not feeling) and not very dense. It is not always visible.

If you replaced the thermostat and it is still overheating, then you may have air bubbles in the system that need to be burped out.

Driving, not idling the car, will usually keep the temperature within range as the wind will cool it down. Now at idle, if your fans are not coming on at all while the car heats up, you most likely need to replace your thermostat (or it's possible the fan relay is bad if they don't come on at all even with a good thermostat), or another possibility is that you have a low coolant level, which may be indicative of other problems such as a leak somewhere (water pump, hoses, etc) or a blown headgasket (which you would see coolant in your oil if that was the case)

The oil in the engine is clean. Since the exchange or 7000 KM nothing disappeared.
The problem is only elevated temperature.

Are both hoses from the radiator to be hot?
The optimal temperature in the cooling system to 90 degrees Celsius Lexus or more?

Radiator should at which temperature the liquid to turn?

The lexus I saw had one hose in the tube and another just dangling out. Is it supposed to just sit there draining in the engine bay?

Ok. I changed the thermostat but.....- old thermostat was good.
I got rid of the bubbles, I completed the new coolant, etc.
Temperature indicator remains in the same position.

Temperature of elm scan reaches 95 degrees Celsius and fans starts. After turning fans temperature drops to 87-89 degrees Celsius.

It seems to be all about, there is nothing to worry about?

I'd say as long as the temp doesn't climb any higher than that, you'll be fine. Do you have any larger, long uphill roads you can test the cooling system on? Going up a mountain road would definitely test whether the cooling system is up to the task or not.
