How come my 2011 IS350 no automatic door Lock when Shift to D and unlock when Shift to P ??? my 2010 IS350 was like that so does my friend IS250, is there any setting to make it work ? the previous owner installed a Car Auto Starter in my car is that a problem might caused ? thanks everyone, you guys are helpful nice kind on here.

It's called Lexus personalized settings, if you do not have access to tech stream then you must go to your dealership to have them program it the way you like. The link above me tells you all the different settings you can play with.
