Need some help and advice!
Recently purchased a 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD. Has 170k miles. I bought it for a good price but it does have some issues.
1.) When I cold start the car it'll misfire and idle rough. The check engine light and VSC light is on. Had a test ran and it said random cylinder misfire. Where should I start to fix this problem?
2.) When I turn the car to the right the driver side backdoor light pops on and then it goes off. Even if I slightly push on the door it goes off.. any ideas how to fix that?
3.) The information is lit up on the dash too, the car is missing a lug nut on all four tires. Was there some sort of sensor for the tires?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

At 170k miles, I would consider the missing and rough idle to probably be the carbon build up problem. Definitely change your spark plugs though, and clean the throttle body as mentioned above.
IIRC, the rear door sensor is just held on by one screw. Remove it, check it out (see if anything is damaged), clean it if necessary, then tighten it back up. If you're lucky, it'll most likely have just been loose/dirty.
I bet the missing lugs might be wheel locks that were removed and never put back on (possibly lost the key so they didn't bother?). Just buy a new set of wheel locks, or just a basic lug nut that matches yours (AutoZone, Advance, etc). To repeat Mikey again, the info for them in the dash is most likely dead/missing TPMS sensors.
