Smile Belt tensioner replacement

Hey guys,

So my belt tensioner or idler pulley are making noise ( I know its not the water pump, because that was making noise 1.5 years ago and i replaced that), and was wondering if these are the correct parts from RockAuto,
The dealership was charging like 600$ just for the idler pulley, (i know, its a dealership). I thought I heard you had to buy the full assembly for the idler pulley I think..... but rockauto are showing to for a reaonable price.

And this seems like a basic job to replace both the the idler and tensioner correct?

I wonder what the differences between the two Gates items are. Anyhow, I'd do with a Gates brand item over the others from them.
