Default Side skirt extension question...

Anyone have pics of side skirts extensions on GFX sideskirts? I did a search and only found stock side skirts with extensions. Was wondering how much of the GFX side skirt would cover the extensions.

There isnt a huge difference between the two sideskirts. With that being said , the AIT sides are not made to fit the GFX sides . But I imagine you can just move the extensions out a bit to suit your taste and fasten them in a different way. I have the replica front and rear. But I will be buying the real AIT extensions due to the long span that they have to cover. Ive read about people buying the rep extensions and they are flimsy. Also there is the NIA side skirt extensions which do come in two styles: one for oem skirts , another for the gfx. Here is a picture of those. Price is 320$ for non painted.

Theyre not quite mounted yet lol. I need to cut the rears a ton because of my exhaust. But the rear and the front look awesome . The carbon looks clean and finished and pretty thick. Truth be told I actually ordered the fabulous rep and they sent the AIT rep but I liked the way it looks so I figured Ide just keep it and maybe get the fabulous carbon lip at another time if I break it.

I got the stock side skirts on mine with the side extensions from ebay. You can't see them too much but that's mostly because I had them installed a little more inwards so I wouldn't constantly step on them when I get off the car lol.

As for GFX vs Stock side skirts there very similar and shouldnt really be a problem since the GFX only has a very slight flare to them. If your worried about how much the extension will stick out, that all mainly depends on how you installed them. If you want them to stick out more, just place them a little more outward on install

I have ait carbon fiber extensions on gfx sides. They fit perfect. They are not flimsy like the poly ones.

Where did you get these if you don't mind me asking? Been thinking of going Carbon Fiber over my regular ones

ISlv350, got a question for you. How did you install your front chin lip? I have the same lip and did a test fit but the Fsport lip spoilers pushes the lip down on the sides so it looks like its a frown. How did you keep yours straight? Below is an example of another members lip curved up in the middle. Trying to avoid that. Any help is appreciated!

Easily found on ebay from different stores. With the rear canards I think 600.
Deestyle I think I doubled the tape up in the middle so it didn't frown. Lol. I bolted it up and fit it before applying the tape. Then put 5 or 6 screws across the front. I'll take a straight on pic when I get a chance bud.
