Default Windshield fluid reservoir help

Anyone have experience replacing the windshield fluid reservoir? I found out mine is leaking after trying to replace the fluid when I got a warning light, only to find a huge puddle under my car seconds after. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

It may not be the reservoir. Have you had the driver side headlight bulb replaced, or had other work done in that area? The reason I ask is that the washer fluid filler cap and hose may have been removed to do that work, but not replaced correctly.

^Or...it could just be leaking from where the pump meets the tank. Never had this issue myself, but it COULD BE as simple as an O-ring between the pump and the tank.

Think it might be the O-ring, since I never had any work done for the the front. Ill check it out, thanks for your 2 cents.
