So on Saturday I finally picked up my IS350 from Carmax, and they have an extended warranty plan to go along with the car. Now I gave it some thought, but I want to hear other opinions on whether or not it would be worth it to purchase an extended warranty. The car has 72,3XX miles on it and the warranty is $1,580 up to 100,000 miles or 4 years, whichever comes first. They already had to change out the headlamp washer unit because it wasn't functioning, as well as the driver's window mechanism.

I know these cars have bulletproof reliability, but these few parts being changed sort of worries me. Is it worth it?
